Simon himself is a farm owner and lives on a Halcolmbe Road property just out of Feilding.  His work and life experience is varied and has included working on sheep farms in the Wairarapa shearing and farm contracting.  His personal Farm ownership led him to complete a Diploma of Ag at Massey University. To achieve farm ownership required Simon to invest and complete transactions in the buying and selling of rural land, several detailed commercial developments as well as Residential rental properties, many that are still owned to this day.  This experience has given Simon  an edge to help you with the detail involved with the most important decisions you may ever make personally.
